APPETIZER

Madagascar organic shrimp risotto with saffron.

Corn chowder with local clams and mussels.

Sea scallops seared on a bed of creamless creamed corn and local cherry tomatoes & pancetta.

My hot smoked salmon salad with roasted red and golden beets, witlof + horseradish mayonnaise.

Devilled crab baked with buttered breadcrumbs.

Baked goats cheese with figs and garden lettuces.

Quail which has been partially de-boned wrapped in pancetta and stuffed with onion jam and gorgonzola. Served with fresh figs and frisee.

Chicken liver pate with sweet and sour onions and grilled bread.

Chicken Abruzzi style with local tomatoes and rosemary.

Chicken braised in white wine with bacon lardons and chanterelles.

Fish pie with a cheesy potato top.

Striped bass pan- seared with a white wine and parsley sauce.

Lamb rack roasted with rosemary and garlic, served with mint pesto.

Braised lamb shoulder with preserved lemon and olives.

Duck breast roasted and confit leg with baked apples.

Grilled hanger steak with bordelaise sauce.

Veal rack slow roasted, served with red wine veal jus.
