APPETIZER

Ricotta gnocchi with leeks, asparagus, peas, parsley and parmesan.

Chilled corn chowder with lobster and scallions.

Buratta with local tomatoes, basil and parmesan croutons.

Sea scallops seared. Served with fennel, radishes, watercress salad and lemon mayonnaise.

My hot smoked salmon salad with roasted red and golden beets, witlof + horseradish mayonnaise.

My salmon gravlax with cucumber, watercress salad, mustard sauce and rye crackers.

Crab cakes with salad leaves and lime mayonnaise.

Crab salad with avocado, cucumber, mache and gazpacho jelly.

Quail which has been partially de-boned wrapped in pancetta and stuffed with onion jam and gorgonzola. Served with fresh figs and frisee.

Chicken liver pate with sweet and sour onions and grilled bread.

Chicken which has been de-boned & rolled and stuffed with farro, pancetta, pine nuts and currants.

Chicken braised in white wine, cream and tarragon.

Cod roasted with a crab and herb crust.

Striped bass pan- seared with a lemon and parsley sauce.

Lamb rack roasted with rosemary and garlic, served with mint pesto.

Duck breast roasted and confit leg with pickled cherries.

Beef filet roasted rare and served with horseradish cream.

Rib- eye steak grilled and served with herb butter.

Veal rack slow roasted, served with red wine veal jus.
